Exhibition Machine Introduction

 

G2518L Gantry Machining Center

This machine features a gantry boring and milling machining center with a fixed gantry frame and a movable worktable. Featuring high precision, high efficiency, high rigidity, and high stability, this machine tool is particularly suitable for high-end manufacturing industries such as automotive, mold and die, aviation, aerospace, rail transportation, medical, home appliances, and packaging. It offers a variety of machining functions, including milling, boring, drilling, tapping, and countersinking. A right-angle milling head can be added upon request, enabling five-sided machining in a single setup.

 

V1160L Vertical Machining Center

This machine utilizes a cross-slide mechanism and linear roller guides. It is primarily designed for machining various small and medium-sized complex parts. It can perform milling, drilling, reaming, tapping, and contour milling in a single setup. It is suitable for machining a wide range of high-precision, multi-process, and complex parts. Adding a CNC rotary table allows for 4-axis/5-axis machining capabilities.
